How to Order?

Simple Step-by Step on How to Order

1. Email us at ellies.charms@gmail.com or fill in the order form
2. Do let us know the items you like by quoting us the following:
• Item Code as stated below the image
• Qty
• Your Name
• Your Address
• Your Email
• Your H/P Number
• Your preferred Banking option ( Maybank or CIMB)
• Your preferred Delivery option ( PosLaju /Registered Post/PosExpress/Collection by hand in SJ or PJ)
3. We will revert within 24 hours with the total amount to pay either inclusive of shipping charges or not the account number for (Maybank or CIMB Bank)
4. Please kindly make the payments and sms us with the provided H/P Number or email us
5. We will take about 2-3 days to package and deliver your goods :).

Note: We currently only deliver within Malaysia. But if you are not from Malaysia and wish to purchase our items, do drop us an email and we will get back to you with the possibility of arranging a special delivery to you :)

For Collection by hand,  please follow Step 1-4. The only difference is instead of using the postage services to deliver we will hand to you by hand thus you will be saving shipping charges :D

POS Express( 1 -2 working days) - Only for flat items
Entire Malaysia RM 3 - RM 3.50


Pick Up Places for Collection by Hand( Only weekends)
Subang Jaya, Petaling Jaya or Kuala Lumpur ( via appointments)
